And Fight the Disbelievers All Together

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

All praise be to Allah, we thank Him, we seek His guidance and forgiveness, we seek His refuge from our evils and bad deeds, who ever guided by Allah is never led to astray, and who ever led astray by Allah is never to be guided,

I bear witness that No God But Allah , He has no partner and Muhammad is His slave and messenger.

As for what follows:
 

To the sincere, steadfast and enduring soldiers of the Islamic State and to the other unknown ones who are following in their steps by Allah's might…

To those who read the book of Allah then followed its instructions, who knew the deviations and heresies and avoided it..

To those who unsheathed their weapons for the sake of Allah, who sacrificed their souls to defend Allah's rulings and to render victorious His religion..
To those who went wherever Islam went, who loved for the sake of Allah, and hated for the sake of

Allah, to those who didn’t conclude a truce with their fathers and people..

Allah Almighty says: (Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Success.) (58/22)

To those beloveds I dedicate this advice; I do not claim to know of something you are heedless of; nor a path you are unaware of as we never proceeded through a path except that you were preceding us,we did not unsheathe a sword except that we found your bloods spilled before ours,and we didn’t commit a good deed publicly or secretly except that you were the forerunners.

I bear witness you are the best of the Mujahedeen, the most sincere of the fighters, the most chaste, generous and the fastest to support Allah's religion, not fearing the loss of money or souls. You are truly the best people to people, and before that, to the religion of Allah, Allah Almighty says : {And remind (by preaching the Qur'ân, O Muhammad (peace be upon him)) for verily, the reminding profits the believers..} (51/55)

Moreover; the whole nation in the east and west count on you, especially that you are in the land of Islam, and Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque are in your range of your vision.So fear Allah regarding your Jihad, O Allah's slaves, Fight those crusaders , Shiites and their allies: { And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing.} (2/191)

Beware to be deceived by the recoil of the recoiled or the setback of the defeated, Allah Almighty says : { So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.} (3/139)

Safeguard your religion, your Jihad and your Islamic State,I warn you to waste the bloods of your brothers, be sure that Allah's religion is definitely triumphed, even with the little numbers and least equipments, Allah Almighty says : {"How often a small group overcame a mighty host by Allâh's Leave?" And Allâh is with As-Sâbirûn (the patient).} (2/249).

Imam al-Saadi said: (Everything is due and goes back to Allah Almighty. The honorable is whom Allah honored, the disgraced is whom Allah disgraced. The large number is of no help if Allah lets the slave down, and the small number has not any effect if Allah grants His slave victory), for you are on a date with Allah Almighty, and Allah will definitely fulfill His promise to the slaves who are steadfast upon His path, and the active in anguish.

Allah Almighty says : {Allâh has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practice their religion, that which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islâm). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh)}(24/55)

O Allah's slaves, know that the triumph at the end is for the believers and that the success and victory are for the steadfast sincere ones. Allah Almighty says : { [171] And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves, the Messengers, [172] That they verily would be made triumphant, [173] And that Our hosts! they verily would be the victors.} Surat-37

Allah will never allow the deviant teachings of the Shiites and their allies to be victorious over those who are upon correct guidance! Everyone must know that those criminals and their crusader masters are carrying out the fiercest heinous campaign of defamation against Allah's slaves, the Mujahedeen, they have exploited the media channels, spent money and gathered their preachers in an unprecedented alliance between the preachers and the authority, hoping to put you into trial to deviate you from your religion, Allah.

Almighty says : {They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another)} (4/89)

Actually, there has never been a Jihad field subjected to a similar campaign of lies and rumors like the Jihad field of Iraq, and that is because you refused to negotiate at the expense of your belief, or to sell cheap your religion, and because you are the soldiers of Allah, the holders of the banner and the followers of Muhammad PBUH, so it is a must to face what he PBUH faced, for they insulted him, and said that he was a magician and a liar,and when Islam became stronger, they defamed his honor, and they are still slandering him till now.

Allah Almighty says : {Alif-Lâm-Mîm. [2] Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested} (29/1-2)

So don’t believe their lies, don’t be fooled by their rumors, and don't be like her who undoes the thread which she has spun after it has become strong, and the victory equals patience.

Despite we previously announced that we didn’t want to engage in a war with the criminal Islamic party to avoid dispersing efforts, but it is obvious now that this Islamic party devoted all its military and media powers to fight all the truthful Mujahedeen - without exception-in Mesopotamia, fighting them side by side with Allah's enemies from crusaders and Shiites, hence its defects and defaults are exposed to every Muslim and are no longer hidden. And if we previously sought excuses to some of them, we are sure now that none of this Satanic party members can be excused, because they are the helpers of the occupation and this is clear treason, so killing them is a religious duty exactly like killing the occupier himself. Even if they pronounce the Shahada (to bear witness that no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and messenger), even if they pray and fast and claim to be Muslims.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiah said:" If the Salaf called those who withheld the Zakah(charity money) "apostates" though they used to do their prayers and fast and they didn't fight Muslims, so what would the Salaf have called those who became on the side of Allah and His Messenger's enemies and became killers of Muslims?! "

And even if they say, with their tongues only, that they hate the occupiers and that they like the Mujahdeen. Shaykh Hamad bin Ateeq said: " Supporting the infidels , showing them the way to get Muslims , defending them or being satisfied with their religion are all nullifiers of one's Islam, so anyone commits one of these without being forced to, he becomes an apostate, even if he hates infidels and likes Muslims."

So we declare the Islamic Party as an enemy of Allah and His Messenger and a sect of apostasy and infidelity, its leaders as well as its members, and they must be killed wherever they are found. This is because we haven't offered thousands of martyrs and tens of thousands of prisoners to let the fruits of Jihad be wasted, and let the Mesopotamia replace its Baathist secular regime with an American secular one under the banner of "national unity".

The disobedience of the Islamic Party and its enmity to Islam and Muslims can't be repulsed unless the whole party is eradicated, so hang the last agent with the entrails of the last occupier; " Fight them, that ALLAH may punish them at your hands, and humiliate them, and help you to victory over them, and relieve the minds of the people who believe." {14: 9}

Thus, we grant all the members of this party 15 days' respite, for them to repent and declare disavowal of their actions, with exclusion of five members from this offer, who are: Osama al-Takreeti, Ala'a Maki, Abd al-Kareem al-Samiraie, Ibrahim al-Namah and Tareq al-Hashimi. Those five are to be killed whenever and wherever they are found, and no time limit for them to repent.

And we hope from our brothers to respect this given time limit and exploit it to complete gathering the needed information, and when their respite is over, kill them wherever you find them, lie in wait for them at every place of ambush and don't let pity take hold of you in executing the judgment of Allah.

May Allah bring this Eid (feast) and the earth has no more of their dirt. We don't want you to target only their headquarters, but mainly their rotten heads wherever they are, but make sure that your targets are really members of this party, because accusing a Muslim of apostasy needs certain and irrefutable proof, suspicion only is not sufficient.

And I am offering a big reward, given by me in person, to everyone who kills one of the Islamic Party's heads, whether he is a member in the Parliament ,the Shura Council, the Political Committee, or an official in one of the governorates. We also wish to remind of the reward we previously offered for the head of the caricaturist who mocked our prophet. These two rewards reveal the similarity of the two cases, Yet, those who are among us and speak our language are more dangerous to Islam and
Muslims and more harmful to the Prophet and his message.

Allah Almighty says : {Fight such of the disbelievers as are near to you and let them find hardness in you; and know that Allah is with the righteous.} {123:9}

Moreover; I want to remind you of Allah's saying : {Fight in the cause of Allah – you are not made responsible except for yourself - and urge on the believers to fight. It may be that Allah will restrain the might of those that disbelieve; And Allah is stronger in might and stronger in inflicting punishment.} {84: 4}

Ibn Hazm ( may Allah have mercy on him) said, commenting on this verse,: "This is an address to each Muslim, because every Muslim is ordered to do Jihad even if he is alone, " Al-Qurtubi (may Allah have mercy on him) said, interpreting the verse, : " Don't give up fighting the enemy and ask for every possible help over them in the cause of helping the oppressed believers, even if your are alone, "

The Prophet, who was sent with the sword as a bearer of glad tidings and a Warner, said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I will fight them for the cause of this religion, till I lose my head ". And his successor, Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq, said when most of the people apostatized after the death of the prophet PBUH:" If my right hand is against me, I will use the left one to fight it with".

Certainly, there has been in the prophet's companions an excellent example for you to follow, as described by Jaber bin Abdillah (may Allah be pleased with him)who said:" The Prophet had called upon people to do Jihad on the battle of al-Khandaq, "al-Zubair" came first then other people came, then the Prophet again called upon people , and al-Zubair came first too then others came later. It happened three times and al-Zubair was always the first, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ' Every prophet has a disciple, and mine is al-Zubair ibn al-Awam.' "

Moreover, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) many times sent one man (of his companions) as a squad, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: " The best Muslim at times of tribulation is the one riding his horse and chasing the enemies of Allah, terrifying them and gets terrified by them." And the description was narrated by Abu Huraira as :" whenever he hears a call for Jihad he rushes towards it looking for death and killing for sake of Allah, wherever it is."

Thus, the main feature of the Islam warriors –who will bring victory- is that they terrify the enemy and they do the best they can to gain martyrdom, though they fear the enemy ,but that fear doesn't stop them or turn them away from achieving their goal.

There is one more thing I would like to mention, which is a behavior I have noticed in my brothers and I would like to remind the rest to do it, I really felt so glad because whenever I met anyone of them I found him girding himself with explosives belt, which is –in fact- the belt of glory, courage and intrepidity, and what a great deed they did! That is to prefer death on living with subservience.

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said: " The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent a group of ten men as a squad and he appointed Asem bin Thabit al-Ansari (the grandfather of Aasem bin Omer) as their leader. They left, and when they reached al-Hada'ah area (between Asafan and Mecca) some people of Huthail called "Bano Lahyan" knew about them and sent 200 archers to follow their tracks ,and they did so and found some remains of al-Madeena dates that Muslims had left behind , they said:' these are the dates of Yathrib(i.e. al-Madeena), so let us follow them'. When Asem and his companions saw them, they went to a hill. "Bano Lahyan" surrounded them and said: 'Surrender to us and you have our word that nobody will be killed'. Asem bin Thabit, leader of the squad, replied:' As for me, I will never surrender to an infidel . Oh Allah, inform Your Prophet about us! '. Then the Muslims were shot with arrows and Asem was killed with six others. Allah answered Asem's prayer on the same day, the Prophet knew and told his companions what happened to the squad." Ibn Qudama (may Allah have mercy on him) said:" If he(i.e. the Mujahid) is afraid to be imprisoned, it is better for him to fight to death than to surrender to imprisonment, so he will achieve the reward of the shahada (martyrdom) and-at the same time-be secure of what the infidels may do to him , such as torturing, using him for their benefit or putting him through trials."

Al-Mirdawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:" Al-Imam Ahmed said 'I don't like him to accept being imprisoned .To keep fighting is better in my opinion because imprisonment is really hard, and we will all die anyway'. Also, Ammar said ' The one accepts to be imprisoned is not one of us'. So, the Aajirree said ' It is a sin'. "

The chaste and pure Muslim women should do the same as men with greater reason; al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: " If the woman is sure that if she surrenders she will be abused, she must fight even if she knows she will get killed". And finally there must be a word about the Muslim prisoners: First: Every Muslim should know that releasing Muslim prisoners is one of the most necessary of the legitimate duties assigned to the Mujahideen, especially nowadays, in our case, with what Allah has bestowed on us of weapons , war materiel and power, Allah Almighty said: {And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from Thee one who will protect; and raise for us from Thee one who will help.} (l4-75).

Ibn al-Arabi in (Ahkamul –Quran)book said: ("Our scholars said: Allah Almighty, in this verse, imposed fighting for releasing prisoners, although fighting may lead to damaging one's soul." Al-Qurtubi (Allah's mercy be upon him), in the interpretation of the verse said: "It contains releasing wretched prisoners out of the hands of polytheist infidels who torture them and cause them sufferings to convert their religion. Allah Almighty imposed Jihad to uphold and demonstrate his religion and rescue the wretched and weak of his slaves even if this may lead to killing one's self, and releasing prisoners is a duty on the Muslim community".

Prophet Muhammad PBUH said: "Release prisoners, feed the hungry and visit patients", he said "release", which means get them released with every possible means. Shaykh al Islam Ibn Taymiyah (Allah's mercy be upon him) said: "Releasing prisoners is one of the greatest religious obligations."

O, you who Allah granted you honor and exalted you by weapons in your hands: those are your brothers among you, have been imprisoned by the crusaders and grandsons of Magi, then spare no effort to release them.

Draw up perfect plans to achieve this goal, even long-term ones, and know that you are at the beginning of the month of good deeds, so make it the month of releasing prisoners. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "The Muslim is a brother to the Muslim, so he should never oppress him nor handing him over, and whoever be is in the service of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs , and whoever relieves a Muslim's agony ,Allah will relieve his agonies in the Day of Resurrection. Al hafith in (al-Fath) book said:" 'Never handing him over' means not leave him with whoever may offend him, nor in a situation that may cause harm to him, but defend and support him "

So, is there any of you to support your weak, wretched brothers, or any volunteer to throw off harm and humiliation from them? Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The believer to the other believer is like solid structure mutually reinforcing each other."

O you, Muslim Mujahid, you should know that if you ,today, fall behind making effort to save your Muslim brother, then Allah Almighty is about to afflict you and you may not find anyone to defend you and your family, as the prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever lets down another Muslim in a situation where he is being humiliated and disgraced , then Allah will let him down in a situation where he likes to be defended, and whoever defends another Muslim in a situation where he is being humiliated and disgraced ,then Allah will defend him in a place where he likes to be defended "

And to my brothers, the lions in prisons, I say: May Allah bless your firm will, and whiten your faces for your opposition to all of the attempts of extortion that you face. We know that many of you have been asked to vilify the Islamic State by any means and be released in return, but you refused strictly and preferred patience, on the time that many senior leaders acquiesced, and many of them boarded the ship of treason, including some leaders of groups that were previously considered as Jihadi groups.

So, we will do our best to release you from prison by every possible means, either by fighting or redemption. And we will take care of your families after you and not spare any penny for achieving that. We have allocated the gains of a raid, every month, to be spent on the families of the prisoners and martyrs, and no one penny will be spent on another aim. By Allah; the best thing to my heart, is to clothe the people of the martyrs and prisoners with gold from top to toe, not only to feed them, but no strength except by Allah.

One more thing I would like to say to the lions in prisons: Fear Allah and put disagreements aside, and be around the scholars and the people of precession from the men of the Islamic state and its leaders who are amongst you. Take advantage of the blessing of leisure in learning the religious knowledge, the best of which is to study Allah's book. Do your best to get out of the prison, for you have gone through bold and serious attempts to escape from prison, so don't despair. Seek Allah's help, and Allah will help you.

Finally: O soldiers of Allah, support your brothers in Diyala, the pearl of Islam in the land of the two rivers( Mesopotamia), as they are exposed to a new brutal attack led by the Islamic party.

So, O heroes of Islam and knights of jihad in Diyala, the rats of Shiites and dogs of crusaders are attacking you, once again, and targeting the den of Islam in Mesopotamia, forgetting or pretending to forget the lessons learned from the "Failing Arrow" campaign and the previous ones, and they have forgotten the enemy's recognition of finding a fierce resistance.

And why not?! You are the descendants of the Islam heroes in "Jalula Alwqi'a" incursion when your ancestors defeated the Persian Magi and uprooted them from Mesopotamia, and it was the beginning of their end in their land. Today their descendants returned again, so if they once said about you: "

Two thirds of the hits are of the people of Diyala" Today we say: "Three fourths of the hits of the people of Diyala are on the Magi " Stand firm O descendants of Jalula Alwaqi'a, don't lose the fruit of your deeds, or contaminate the history of your ancestors, and if the occupier and his supporters in his previous campaigns went back failed, broken and desperate, today, with the help of Allah by your hands, they will be more defeated and more desperate to affect Islam in Diala.

By Allah, I am about to cry out of happiness and joy of the day of victory, as cried Omar Al Farouk, may Allah be pleased with him, when he saw the gains of "Jalula Alwaqi'a" ,and he said about your ancestors –when they brought him every thing of the booty from the battle- : "People who pay this are trustees."

So be determined and strong with the enemies of Allah. Booby-trap homes, roads and bridges, deploy snipers at heights and orchards, and make your bodies moving bombs, and resist imprisonment with every possible means, for you were not created to be humiliated or vanquished.

You must know that we are on the times of ordeals and big wars, so be their faithful men, By Allah we have been granted a lot from Allah's generosity and bestowment, more than the disbelievers can imagine or believe.

Seek for martyrdom, for the breeze of paradise can be smelled from Diala's groves, whoever of you longs for meeting Allah, or misses someone from the martyrs, then he should seek for martyrdom in the streets and groves of Diala, and beware of bad planning, for the prophet PBUH said : "War is nothing but a trick"

Today you are writing a history for the nation, you are filling papers of honor and pride, it is the time of work not laziness, and the weak one is the one who doesn't have self discipline, who is pleased of dreams without working to make them true. Allah Almighty says : {March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allâh. This is better for you, if you but knew.} (9/41)

We are sure of near victory, triumph and big conquest. By Allah we can feel it nearer than you imagine, we promise of bad days the occupier and his supporters, that’s all for now, the truth is what they will see and suffer, not what they hear, I advice our brothers of secrecy and quietness, for the victory is approaching with Allah's help.
